We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your workshop.

Cancellation by participants

We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your booked workshop.

If you cancel 4 weeks  or more before your scheduled workshop, we offer a full refund.

If you cancel 3 weeks before your workshop, a 50% refund will be offered.

After this time, no refund will be given.

Wherever possible, we will do our best to rearrange your workshop to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we do not have enough participants to run a workshop, we will notify you at least 10 days before your scheduled session.

You will be offered a choice of:

– Transferring your booking to an alternative workshop date, or

– Receiving a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to run our workshops smoothly and fairly for all participants.
